You'll collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal teams while driving process improvements and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities Review and manage e-bill submissions for accuracy and compliance Co-lead and mentor a team of billing specialists Oversee invoice generation, submission, and distribution Resolve billing discrepancies and client issues Analyze financial reports, revenue trends, and performance metrics Identify and implement process improvements Build strong relationships with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field 7+ years of billing experience (law firm experience preferred) Proficiency in Elite 3E billing software Strong knowledge of legal billing practices and compliance Core Skills Leadership and team management Excellent communication and relationship-building Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills Close attention to detail and organizational skills Work Environment Hybrid model with 2 remote workdays per week Collaborative, fast-paced legal setting Opportunity to influence operational efficiency and team performance
