Job Description Sewell Wallis are working with a highly reputable, internationally operating professional services organisation based in central Leeds, West Yorkshire. They are recruiting for an E-Billing Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally recognised business with an excellent reputation, known for its collaborative culture, strong internal development and exposure to high-profile, complex clients.\n\nYou'll be joining a growing team where you can play a key role in driving best practice across e-billing processes and be able to take ownership of firmwide e-billing processes, supporting some of the organisation's most complex and high-value clients.
Previous experience within an e-billing role, including reconciliations is essential, as is a strong understanding of e-billing systems, file formats and processes.\n\nWhat will you be doing?\n\nManaging and administering e-billing systems across the business.\nActing as a key point of contact for e-billing queries, supporting both internal stakeholders and clients.\nHandling uploads, rejections, reconciliations and query resolution in line with SLAs.\nCollaborating with finance and collections teams to review aged debt and resolve billing issues.\nProducing reports and supporting internal and external presentations.\nSupporting the creation and maintenance of training materials and processes.\nMentoring junior team members and acting as a go-to person within the team.\nIdentifying opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.What skills are we looking for?\n\nPrevious experience within an e-billing role, including reconciliations is essential.\nStrong understanding of e-billing systems, file formats and processes.\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.\nConfident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.\nAnalytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.\nExperience within a shared service or multi-currency environment would be advantageous.What's on offer?\n\nHybrid working (2 days per week in the office).\nComprehensive healthcare package (medical, dental, optical).\nLife and travel insurance.\nGlobal wellbeing and mental health support programmes.\nExcellent opportunities for career development and progression.\nSocial events, sports clubs and a strong team culture.If you are an experienced E-Billing professional looking to join a global business in Leeds, please apply now or contact Eleanor Kirk for more information.\n\nTo apply please send your CV, quoting our reference and specifying which website you saw this position advertised on.
