Job Title:Dynamics CRM & SharePoint Application Developer Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid 2–3 days onsite) | Open to Remote in Canada Contract or permanent: Contract (2-3 years) We are currently seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Application Developer for a long-term contract opportunity based in British Columbia. This role is ideal for a hands-on senior developer with deep experience building, customizing, integrating, and supporting enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, modernizing, and enhancing CRM and integrated enterprise applications while working closely with technical leads and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop, enhance, and support Dynamics 365 Online and enterprise applications • Design and maintain PowerApps, Power Pages, Dataverse, and integrated solutions • Develop and troubleshoot ASP.NET applications and Web Service APIs • Build and maintain reliable C# code and SQL Server solutions • Support integrations across Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and other Microsoft services • Participate in modernization initiatives, enhancements, migrations, and new application builds • Collaborate with technical teams on architecture, troubleshooting, testing, and release management • Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement initiatives Required Experience: • Strong hands-on Dynamics 365 Online development experience • Experience with Dataverse, PowerApps, and Power Pages • Strong C# and ASP.NET development background • Web Service API development and integration experience • SQL Server development, troubleshooting, and optimization experience • SharePoint Online integration experience • Experience building custom workflows, plugins, integrations, and enterprise applications • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and provide solution recommendations • Comfortable taking ownership of applications and helping guide technical direction Nice to Have: • Dynamics CRM on-premises / Customer Engagement experience • Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps • SharePoint 2019 • Entra External ID / Azure B2C • Azure Data Factory or Synapse • Agile delivery experience This role requires someone who is still highly hands-on technically while also being capable of leading discussions, identifying gaps, recommending improvements, and driving solution delivery.
