About the Opportunity An established public sector technology environment is seeking a Dynamics 365/Power Platform Developer to support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

What's In It for You Exposure to enterprise-scale public sector technology initiatives Opportunities to work with modern Microsoft cloud technologies and integrations A collaborative environment that values innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement The chance to contribute to projects that directly support organizational transformation and service excellence A team‑oriented culture that encourages knowledge sharing and technical mentorship Your Responsibilities You’ll design, develop, and deploy custom applications and integrations using Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI In this role, you’ll customize Dynamics 365 modules and configure workflows, forms, business rules, and automations to meet evolving business needs You’ll integrate enterprise systems and third‑party applications using APIs, connectors, and web services You’ll create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support informed business decisions using Power BI You’ll collaborate closely with business analysts, project teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery You’ll perform testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and quality assurance activities to maintain high‑performing applications You’ll contribute to documentation, release management, and development best practices while mentoring team members on Dynamics 365 solutions Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform ecosystem Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration, including plugins, workflows, forms, and business rules Preferred experience with Dynamics 365 modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing Strong experience building Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using APIs, connectors, and web services Proficiency with SQL Server, data modeling, JavaScript, C#, and Azure DevOps Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively All qualified applicants will receive fair consideration for employment.
