Duty Manager

Supervisor – SSP (Starbucks, Liverpool Airport) Early shifts only. Compensation £13.75 per hour + an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing the rate to £15.25 per hour. Shifts Working flexibly between 2 am and 12 pm, across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

Work Location Starbucks, M&S, Burger King and BrewDog locations across the UK & Ireland. About You Hospitality moves fast - if you thrive on action, love leading people, and want to make an impact every day. 5 years of references and a Criminal Record Check are required. Applicants must be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

Responsibilities Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly. Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping energy high and atmosphere positive. Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, serving as the go‑to person for customer and team queries.

Stay focused on results, stay informed about unit performance and champion improvements. Prior experience leading a team in busy hospitality or retail environments is ideal. Experience in night shifts is a plus.
