Duty Manager - Lifeguard Manager

We are Places for People Group, a social enterprise that believes people create community. Responsibilities Manage recruitment, training and supervision of staff. Address customer concerns and drive membership growth.

Prepare reports, attend management meetings and ensure efficient day‑to‑day running of the centre. Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays; complete off‑shift administrative duties. Qualifications Previous supervisory or management experience in a leisure facility.

Excellent customer service and leadership skills. Hold an NPLQ qualification. Preferred: Pool Plant Operator (PPO) qualification; training will be provided if required.
