Role Overview As a Drupal Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining Drupal-based websites and web applications, ensuring the highest levels of performance, scalability, and security. You will collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver top-notch digital experiences. Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy custom Drupal themes, modules, and features based on client requirements.
Ensure website performance, scalability, and security are optimized. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Drupal sites, including bugs and performance concerns. Collaborate with the design team to implement modern, responsive designs.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Maintain and upgrade existing Drupal websites and integrate third-party APIs. Stay up-to-date with the latest Drupal developments and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Drupal Developer (minimum of (X) years). Strong knowledge of Drupal 8/9/10, including module development and theme customization. Experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Strong understanding of Drupal’s API, hooks, and Drupal’s content management features. Experience with Drupal Commerce or other eCommerce solutions (a plus).
Knowledge of Drupal configuration management and deployment best practices. Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Drupal-based applications. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile development processes (preferred). Bonus Skills Experience with other CMS platforms. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Drupal hosting solutions.
Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js). Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of SEO best practices for Drupal.
