Drive Tester in Santa Cruz, Brazil (Contract)

This is a great opportunity to join a leading telecommunications organization in Santa Cruz, Brazil as an RF Drive Tester on a 2-month contract. The role focuses on RF drive testing, TEMS, network data collection, and mobile network performance testing, making it an excellent fit for professionals with strong hands-on experience in TEMS and field-based RF testing.

The #1 feature of this opportunity is the chance to gain valuable hands-on exposure to real-world RF network testing and optimization activities while working across different site locations. We are looking for an experienced and flexible RF Drive Tester with 2–3+ years of experience and strong TEMS knowledge who is comfortable traveling frequently. This position offers an opportunity to strengthen your experience with drive-test equipment, testing scenarios, log-file validation, post-processing, and RF reporting while working in a dynamic telecommunications environment.

Contract Duration: 2 Months + possibility of extension

Required Skills & Experience

• TEMS experience is a MUST
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Drive Tester
• Experience performing RF Drive Tests and data collection
• Experience setting up equipment and configuring testing settings
• Experience creating/following testing scenarios and scripts
• Hands-on experience setting up scanners, phones, and drive test kits
• Experience performing log-file and report sanity checks
• Must be flexible and willing to travel frequently to different site locations

Desired Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of post-processing and reporting
• Experience with RF/network performance analysis
• Additional experience with drive-test tools and RF measurement equipment
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in field environments
