Role Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of healthcare applications, including EMR modules, mobile doctor applications, and analytics platforms, under the guidance of senior developers and the Dev Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain UI components and REST APIs for assigned modules
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following established coding standards
• Fix defects and implement small-to-medium enhancements within EMR / mobile / API modules
• Write and execute unit tests for developed components
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and provide effort estimates for assigned tasks

Delivery & Collaboration

• Collaborate with BAs, SMEs, DevOps, and clinical stakeholders for requirement analysis and delivery
• Participate in code reviews, testing (SIT/UAT), and production releases
• Follow CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Support production issues and contribute to root cause analysis and fixes

Technical Skills Required

Frontend

• Angular / React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / TypeScript

Backend — Track A (Java)

• Java, Spring Boot
• REST API development and microservices architecture
• Authentication frameworks (OAuth2, JWT)

Backend — Track B (.NET)

• .NET Core, C#, Node.js
• REST API development and microservices architecture
• Authentication frameworks (OAuth2, JWT)

Database

• PostgreSQL / SQL, query optimization

Cloud & DevOps

• Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS)
• CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub)
• Docker, Kubernetes (exposure per level)

Domain Knowledge (Preferred)

• Healthcare / Hospital Information Systems (HIS / EMR)
• Clinical workflows (OP/IP, discharge, prescriptions) — good to have
• FHIR / HL7 standards — good to have

Behavioural Competencies

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced Agile teams
• Ownership mindset and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn healthcare domain workflows
