We are looking for a Documentation Drafting Analyst


MAIN TASKS

  • Draft legal trade confirmations based on ISDA definitions for financial products, including Swaps, Forwards, Options and Hybrid Strategies.
  • Review trade bookings, term sheets and transaction details to ensure accuracy and consistency before documentation is sent to clients.
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies between trade bookings, confirmations and term sheets.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the risk information recorded by the business.
  • Ensure documentation and confirmations are completed within applicable regulatory timelines.
  • Manage and communicate post-trade events with clients.
  • Monitor outstanding documentation issues and contribute to their timely resolution.
  • Work closely with Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Credit, IT and other Operations teams.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders and teams across different financial centres.


🧩 YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS

  • Academic background in Finance, Economics, Management, Banking or a related field.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments.
  • Understanding of derivatives such as Swaps, Forwards and Options is highly valued.
  • Previous experience in Trade Support, Middle Office, Markets Operations, Derivatives Operations or Financial Documentation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ISDA documentation or derivatives confirmations is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to review and reconcile information across trade bookings, term sheets and legal documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines in a regulated environment.
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Front Office and support/control functions.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.

  • This role offers a gross annual salary between 15.000€ to 38.500€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
