Document Controller Vector

Job DescriptionFrom Grupo Cuñado, a multinational company leader in the distribution of pipes, fittings and valves, we are looking for a Document Controller in Chennai. Functions will be: Documentary management of projects with clients and suppliers. Co-ordination with multiple departments to get the required documents as per customer specification for on time submission.

Elaboration of final quality dossiers to be sent to the client. Management of certificate claims with suppliers. Claims to suppliers and customers, to have the documentation in time and form.

Management of documentation generated by customers and suppliers in collaboration with Activation Technicians. Should Create, track and handle a document database. Requirements for the position: High level of English (test will be done) High level of MS Office.

Experience in a similar position for at least four years in Oil, Gas & Chemical sector related to Valves.
