Job Description
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for leading a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) that are accountable for in‑store execution for a set group of essential customers. You will drive sales volume, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coach/develop your team. Responsibilities Drive sales volume, track KPIs, and coach/develop your team while leading Account Sales Managers who ensure in‑store execution for essential customers.
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management. Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals. Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record.
Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds of inventory or advertising displays. Proficiency in English; additional languages an advantage. Travel 30-40% of the time.
Location Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Salary and Benefits Expected annual base salary range: $76,713 to $84,788. The base salary will depend on your qualifications, skills, experience and work location.
