About the Role We are seeking a District Manager to lead multi‑unit operations, develop teams, and drive sales and customer service performance. Responsibilities Recruit, coach, and retain customer‑facing team members Lead sales and customer service initiatives Oversee facility maintenance, vendor management, and operational standards Conduct operational audits and ensure compliance Manage delinquency processes and customer retention efforts Analyze performance trends and implement growth strategies Qualifications Leadership experience in retail, service, hospitality, or related industry Experience developing and managing high‑performing teams Strong communication and organizational skills Experience managing operations, audits, and budgets Proficiency in Microsoft Office Required Skills Must have multi‑unit experience.
