Position: Distribution Engineer – Technical Trainer Location: Lithonia, GA Duration: 7 Months Client: Georgia Power Job Summary: Georgia Power is seeking an experienced Distribution Engineer – Technical Trainer with 5–10 years of distribution engineering experience to develop and deliver technical training for engineering teams. This role combines hands‑on distribution engineering expertise with training, mentoring, and coaching to ensure engineers are aligned with company standards, design practices, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver technical training for Distribution Engineering.

Create and maintain training materials and curriculum. Train engineers on distribution system design, standards, and best practices. Mentor and coach engineers to improve technical skills.

Reinforce safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Support continuous improvement of training programs.
