About the Role The Distribution Analyst supports Liquid I.V.’s 3PL Distribution Centers to drive process improvement and operational consistency across a decentralized distribution network. The role focuses on deep process improvement, supplier relationship management, and training & development of the distribution, logistics, and broader supply‑chain teams. Responsibilities Partner with the 3PL distribution partner and internal teams to ensure inbound, storage, and outbound daily functions operate effectively.
Own scorecards and dashboards that drive action across key distribution KPIs and OKRs for the supply chain. Serve as the voice of Liquid I.V. to 3PL partners, managing communication and context between internal teams and external partners. Map, analyze, and optimize distribution workflows across multiple 3PL sites, focusing on cost reduction.
Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for all distribution functions. Collaborate with inventory control, accounting and planning teams to streamline inventory control processes and reduce unwanted inventory adjustments. Own distribution costing and reporting on a monthly basis.
Analyze distribution data to uncover trends, risks and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and 3PL. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business, supply chain or a related field. Minimum 2‑4+ years of experience in distribution, supply chain operations, logistics or 3PL.
Strong data‑analysis skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations. Adaptable, critical‑thinking under pressure in a constantly changing environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, dependable and accurate.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP and PowerBI experience a plus. Quick learner who embraces new programs, ways of working and strategy. Strong supplier‑management experience, including performance monitoring and corrective‑action planning.

Work Environment Hybrid office environment with flexibility for supplier on‑site visits. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. The compensation band for this position is $75,700 – $113,500 annually.
The exact salary is determined by experience, skills, education, location, internal equity and budget. The range applies only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits or bonus eligibility. Liquid I.V. is an Equal Opportunity employer.
