Disposal Auction Support

Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a commercially minded, customer-focused Disposal Auction Support / Asset Disposal Specialist to join their growing team. This role involves coordinating asset disposal projects from enquiry through to sale, working with businesses, liquidators, receivers, and private vendors to maximise asset value through auction. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate asset disposal projects from start to finish.

Conduct site visits, inspections and asset inventories. Assess assets and recommend suitable sales channels. Prepare auction listings and marketing information.

Manage logistics including collections, transport and storage. Liaise with vendors, clients and stakeholders. Support the delivery of onsite and online auctions.

Maintain accurate records and reporting. Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships. Skills & Experience: Strong customer service and communication skills.

Excellent organisation and project coordination abilities. Commercially aware with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and IT proficiency. Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently. Desirable: Experience in auctions, asset disposal, logistics, sales or account management.

Experience handling commercial assets or stock. Full driving licence preferred. Forklift licence beneficial but not essential.
