Aila Technologies is the leading provider of frontline intelligence that enables the world's largest enterprises to operate faster, smarter, and more reliably. Our unified platform includes computer vision, on-device AI, and next-generation services that redefine and automate critical workflows for retail, healthcare, transportation, and manufacturing. We empower employees, modernize operations, and deliver exceptional experiences.

We're an entrepreneurial team focused on solving real operational challenges for large organizations. Our collaborative, hands‑on culture empowers individuals to take ownership, move quickly, and make a meaningful impact as we continue to scale.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to shape how enterprise customers understand Aila's differentiated platform and approach to frontline intelligence. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will develop deep expertise in our customers, markets, and competitive landscape, translating Aila's computer vision, workflow automation, and on‑device AI platform into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers. Working cross‑functionally with product, sales, partnerships, and engineering, you will own positioning, product launch strategy, and sales enablement to differentiate Aila in the market and accelerate growth.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. They are equally comfortable developing positioning and messaging, enabling sales, guiding product launches, guiding creative execution, and providing the market insights that help the broader marketing organization create compelling, customer‑focused content.

What Initial Success Looks Like

  • Develop deep expertise in Aila's platform, products, services, and priority industries, translating complex capabilities into clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers.
  • Strengthen and evolve Aila's messaging framework by developing deep customer, market, and competitive insights that drive consistency across marketing, sales, and partner channels.
  • Lead the go‑to‑market strategy and execution for product launches and vertical sales plays, from positioning and launch planning through sales enablement and cross‑functional activation.
  • Equip sales, partnerships, and marketing with the positioning, customer stories, presentations, battlecards, and strategic guidance needed to confidently differentiate Aila in competitive opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve differentiated messaging and positioning across Aila's priority industries, with primary focus on retail, healthcare, and airlines.
  • Translate complex platform capabilities across vision, automation, and on‑device AI into customer‑centric value propositions and compelling market narratives.
  • Develop messaging frameworks, personas, competitive intelligence, and supporting guidance that help marketing and sales communicate Aila's value consistently.
  • Ensure factual accuracy and consistency in all product and AI claims across the go‑to‑market surface.
  • Bring deep product and market knowledge to guide technical demonstrations, videos, and thought leadership content that highlight the capabilities customers care about most.

Go-to-Market & Launch

  • Drive cross‑functional go‑to‑market planning and execution.
  • Define the audience, message, channel mix, and success metrics for each launch, and coordinate delivery across the team.
  • Use customer feedback and market data to refine messaging and prioritize the highest‑impact opportunities.
  • Build the sales enablement assets that help field teams sell with confidence, including pitch decks, one‑pers, battlecards, and vertical sales plays.
  • Partner closely with the Director of Ecosystem & Partnerships to develop joint value propositions, partner messaging, and vertical sales plays that strengthen co‑sell motions.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, bringing market, customer, and competitive insights back to product to help shape roadmap priorities and future platform capabilities.
  • Provide strategic messaging guidance, briefs, standards, and review that help the marketing team create consistent, accurate, and effective content at scale.
  • Partner across product, sales, customer success, and marketing to align market needs with go‑to‑market execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in enterprise B2B technology, SaaS, or mobile and hardware-software solutions.
  • Proven experience developing messaging, positioning, and go‑to‑market programs for technical products.
  • Strong storytelling ability, with a talent for turning complex capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions.
  • Demonstrated success leading product launches end‑to‑end, from positioning through campaign and enablement.
  • Experience building sales enablement assets and supporting field and partner selling motions.
  • Analytical, data‑informed mindset with comfort using market, customer, and performance insights to guide decisions.
  • Experience marketing into one or more of Aila's core verticals (retail, healthcare, travel and hospitality, aviation, logistics) preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and a demonstrated interest in using AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness and productivity.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
  • Comfortable setting direction for others and raising the quality bar without formal management authority.
  • Highly organized and execution‑oriented, comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Experience conducting market, customer, and competitive research to inform messaging and go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Occasional travel for customer visits, partner meetings, and industry events.
