Overview

In this Director of Product Management role, you will own Rover’s multi-year provider roadmap and translate strategy into sequenced product direction. You’ll lead four product teams focused on care providers, shaping the provider experience across the marketplace and driving supply-side growth. Expect to steer AI-enabled features and foster data-driven, experiment-led execution in a global, cross-functional environment.

You’ll work closely with leadership to align on vision, metrics, and outcomes that strengthen provider retention and new-customer bookings.

Responsabilidades
  • Define the multi-year provider product vision and translate strategy into a sequenced roadmap
  • Own the OKRs and roadmap for the organization and deliver iterative, experiment-validated launches
  • Represent the voice of providers through customer research and marketplace data in executive discussions
  • Lead AI adoption across product features and team workflows to accelerate discovery and execution
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners (Design, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Trust & Safety) to ensure aligned investments
  • Hire, coach, and grow a team of product managers based in Barcelona and collaborate across Europe and the US

Requisitos principales
  • 10+ years of product management experience in marketplace/platform two-sided contexts
  • 5+ years in people management or leadership roles
  • Experience driving marketplace monetization (pricing, fees, take-rate) with measurable P&L impact
  • Track record of retention, engagement, and loyalty strategies for professional users (providers)
  • Experience partnering with Data Science and Engineering on shared roadmaps and rigorous experimentation
  • Strong communication skills to influence senior leaders and diverse teams
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in modeling and measuring impact and using tools like Mode and Excel
  • Ability to operate across Europe and US time zones and fluency in English (C2)
