Director – Structural Restoration & Asset Management (Leadership Role) Immediate Opportunity | Multi-Office Engineering Environment A growing, technically driven engineering organization is looking to add a senior-level leader to oversee and expand its structural restoration and asset management practice. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who enjoys building teams, driving client relationships, and leading complex rehabilitation projects involving concrete and steel structures. What You’ll Be Doing: Take the lead in shaping and growing a restoration/asset management division across multiple regions Drive business development efforts through client engagement, industry events, and strategic pursuits Oversee proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations for new work Manage and mentor engineering teams while maintaining high technical standards Direct condition assessments, restoration design, and construction-phase services for structural rehabilitation projects Provide technical oversight on concrete and steel repair programs, including parking structures and infrastructure assets Review and finalize engineering reports, repair strategies, and construction documents Ensure quality control across all restoration deliverables and internal workflows Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project execution What They’re Looking For: Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (advanced degree preferred) 7+ years of experience focused on structural restoration, rehabilitation, or forensic engineering Strong background with concrete systems exposed to environmental deterioration (parking structures, bridges, etc.) Proven leadership or project management experience, including managing subconsultants Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software (ETABS, SAFE, ADAPT a plus) Ability to lead client interactions and build long-term relationships Strong written and verbal communication skills This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a strategic leadership role while still staying connected to technical engineering work and mentorship.
