Job Summary The Director of Sales will be responsible for achieving defined site sales targets. The Director of Sales will be responsible for supporting the Vice President with staff recruitment, development and site financial management.Assist in providing appropriate training, education and performance monitoring for sales teamActively participate in management duties, training sessions and sales meetings and provide on-site support to sales employeesWyndham In House Sales Management experience requiredIndustry experience in supporting and managing a successful high volume sales team.Sound leadership ability including motivating, coaching and performance management accompanied with effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers.
