Director of Sales

B&B tent and Party Rental’s is a leading Provider of event rental services, specializing in high-quality tents, and party equipment for all occasions.

The director of sales is responsible for leading the companies, sales strategy, developing and implementing plans and objectives to achieve revenue growth and market expansion. This role Includes managing and collaborating with Sales Account Managers, Overseeing key accounts, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall business goals.

We are looking for someone with 8+ years of applicable experience. This is a salary plus commission role. Starting salary is $100,000-$115,000 depending on experience.
