As a Director of Sales - Corporate & Leisure , your main duties and expectations for the role will include: Develop, implement, and continuously refine corporate and leisure sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across transient, consortia, TMC, corporate negotiated, and leisure segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, high‑end leisure agencies, travel management companies, and luxury travel consortia (e.g., AMEX, FORA, Virtuoso). Conduct regular client meetings, organize sales trips, and attend industry events to promote the hotel and strengthen strategic partnerships. Lead annual RFP processes, account reviews, and contract negotiations with a focus on profitability, yield optimisation, and long‑term value creation.
Lead, inspire, and manage the Corporate and Leisure Sales team by setting clear objectives, KPIs, and development plans to drive performance and support career progression. You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and, in any event, not less than hours.
