As we continue to grow our portfolio and client base, we're looking for a driven, seasoned sales leader to take the helm of our revenue operation. The Opportunity This is a high-visibility leadership role for a results-obsessed sales professional who knows the billboard, media, and advertising landscape inside and out. You will own the full sales function, building and managing a team, hunting new business, managing key accounts, and driving digital/programmatic revenue growth.

What You’ll Do Sales Leadership & Strategy Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company revenue goals Lead, coach, and grow a team of account executives and sales representatives Set individual and team quotas, track KPIs, and report performance to ownership Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture rooted in accountability and results Business Development & Client Management Aggressively direct the prospecting and closing of new advertisers across local, regional, and national markets Direct the growth of a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring exceptional client retention and satisfaction Develop strategic partnerships with advertising agencies, media buyers, and direct clients Represent Las Vegas Billboards at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities Digital & Programmatic Revenue Drive revenue growth across our digital OOH (DOOH) and programmatic advertising inventory Stay current on programmatic OOH trends, platforms, and DSP/SSP relationships Collaborate with operations to develop compelling digital advertising packages and rate cards Educate clients and prospects on the value and targeting capabilities of DOOH advertising What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 7+ years of proven sales experience, with significant tenure in Out-of-Home (OOH) or other forms of media advertising Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in a sales leadership role Experience managing, recruiting, and developing a sales team Deep knowledge of the OOH advertising landscape, including static, digital, and programmatic formats Established relationships with Las Vegas-area advertisers, agencies, and media buyers preferred Strong command of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales pipeline management Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications Existing book of business in the Las Vegas/Southern Nevada market Experience with programmatic OOH platforms (e.g., Vistar, Place Exchange, Broadsign) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Familiarity with traffic studies, audience measurement tools (e.g., Geopath), and OOH ROI metrics The Person We're Seeking You are a hunter at heart — someone who gets energized by winning new business and building lasting client relationships.
