This role is responsible for driving top-line revenue through proactive sales leadership, strategic market positioning, and oversight of marketing initiatives in partnership with external agencies.This individual is a strong commercial leader who blends hands-on sales execution with strategic planning, using market data, partnerships, and performance insights to maximize results across all channels.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue GrowthDevelop and execute sales strategies across group, corporate, and negotiated segmentsLead proactive sales efforts including prospecting, client development, and account managementIdentify new business opportunities through networking and industry relationshipsNegotiate contracts and pricing to optimize profitabilityTravel as needed for sales calls, trade shows, and client meetingsRevenue Strategy & Market PositioningPartner with revenue management on pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategiesAnalyze market trends, competitor performance, and demand patternsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviewsMarketing Strategy & OversightProvide strategic direction for all marketing initiatives to support revenue goalsAct as the primary contact for external marketing and website partnersOversee digital marketing performance, including website, SEO/SEM, online reputation, and paid mediaMonitor campaign performance and optimize marketing ROIEnsure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and channelsCross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate with hotel leadership and operations teams to align sales and marketing effortsSupport and guide property-level sales and marketing initiativesProvide training on sales strategy, market segmentation, and revenue optimizationQualificationsBachelor's degree required; Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred5+ years of hotel sales experience, with leadership or multi-property experience preferredProven ability to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targetsStrong understanding of hotel distribution, revenue management, and market analyticsExperience working with external marketing agencies or vendorsKnowledge of digital marketing strategy and performance metricsInterested in hearing more?
