Familiarity with analyzing profit and loss statements and other financial data is essential. It is important to understand the concepts, practices, pre-established guidelines, and procedures related to guest service within the company. Strong computer skills, including knowledge of the intranet, property management systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel, are preferred.
