Job Description

CURIS is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Director of Sales to lead the growth of our clinical and operational service offerings for healthcare provider organizations including FQHCs, rural health clinics and other provider organizations. This role will be responsible for driving both direct and indirect sales of CURIS services, with a primary focus on expanding adoption of our remote clinical services, while also supporting consulting, interim leadership, and technology-enabled offerings.

The Director of Sales will develop and execute sales strategies, build partnerships across the health center ecosystem, and work closely with clinical and operational leaders to position CURIS solutions that improve access to care, quality outcomes, and operational performance. This role will also support expansion into new healthcare markets and service lines beyond FQHCs, helping identify opportunities to bring CURIS solutions to a broader provider landscape.

The ideal candidate will combine clinical knowledge (RN strongly preferred), healthcare sales experience, and familiarity with the provider and FQHC environment to effectively engage executive leadership, clinical leaders, and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand CURIS services nationally.
  • Lead revenue growth for CURIS offerings, with primary focus on remote clinical services.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand CURIS services into new healthcare markets, provider organizations, and emerging service lines beyond FQHCs.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Lead direct sales efforts with healthcare organization leadership, including CEOs, COOs, CMOs, and clinical leadership teams.
  • Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to identify opportunities for CURIS services.
  • Develop proposals, scopes of work, and partnership structures aligned with client needs.
  • Represent CURIS in presentations, demonstrations, and executive discussions.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships that drive indirect sales opportunities, including Primary Care Associations (PCAs), Health Center Controlled Networks (HCCNs), population health technology vendors, and healthcare consulting and services partners.
  • Collaborate with partner organizations to co-develop solutions and joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to bundle CURIS services with partner technology platforms.

Market Engagement & Thought Leadership

  • Represent CURIS at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Build strong relationships within the FQHC and broader healthcare ecosystem.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities for expansion.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with CURIS leadership and service delivery teams to align sales strategy with operational capacity.
  • Provide market insights that inform service development, new service lines, and expansion strategies.
  • Support development of marketing materials, sales tools, and messaging.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of healthcare sales or business development experience.
  • Demonstrated success in selling healthcare services, clinical programs, or healthcare technology solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to engage executive leadership and clinical stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Registered Nurse (RN) strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with or selling to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) or community health centers.
  • Knowledge of value-based care, population health management, and care coordination models.
  • Familiarity with the FQHC ecosystem including PCAs, HCCNs, and safety-net providers.

Reporting Structure

This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer / Chief Strategy Officer and works closely with clinical leadership, operations leadership, and strategic partners.
