Position Overview
We are seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing with a proven track record in residential or senior living sales. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in Independent and Assisted Living sales, with Memory Care experience considered a strong plus. Prior experience in high-end or luxury residential apartment sales is required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all sales and marketing initiatives to achieve occupancy and revenue goals for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to attract prospective residents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with families, referral sources, and community partners.
Oversee and train the sales team, setting performance goals and monitoring results.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for growth.
Manage budgets and marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Report on sales performance, lead generation, and conversion metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
Demonstrated success in senior living sales (Independent/Assisted Living required; Memory Care preferred).
Proven track record in luxury or high-end residential apartment sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Experience managing and motivating a sales team.
Knowledge of senior living operations, community marketing, and resident engagement strategies.
