Our hotel is looking for a stellar Director of Sales and Marketing to create a revenue strategy that maximizes profitability for everyday sales in areas such as room revenue and events. We need someone ready to be the voice of our brand and manage the budget to enable the development of property‑specific campaigns, promotions, and collateral to generate revenue and meet property targets.

Responsibilities Build customer loyalty while generating new revenue by developing long‑term relationships Evaluate market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, competition, and supply and demand Meet sales team goals and yearly sales targets, develop and implement short and long‑term marketing strategies Use marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e‑commerce, site visits, and other ways to actively pursue new business Prepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing plans Qualifications Proficiency in basic computer skills and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel Minimum of 5 or more years experience in sales and marketing with some experience in sales management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales department High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in marketing or hospitality preferred Compensation $60,000 - $70,000 yearly #J-18808-Ljbffr
