Key Platforms

Smart Wind Turbines

Envision’s smart wind platform integrates advanced sensing, digital models and digital twin technologies via the Galileo SuperSense System. With 80+ GW installed globally, Envision ranks first globally in orders and second in new installations since 2022, maintaining a leading international market position.

Energy Storage

The energy storage platform provides full-stack capabilities across battery cells, BMS, PCS, EMS and SCADA, delivering integrated end-to-end solutions. The business ranks third in China and fourth globally, with 200+ projects and 15+ GWh in orders. The ecosystem includes Envision AESC (global battery leader) and Univers (AIoT-enabled digital energy management platform).

Green Hydrogen

Envision is developing large-scale integrated green hydrogen and ammonia industrial parks, including one of the world’s largest net-zero hydrogen projects in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia (1.5 million tons planned annual capacity).

Key Responsibilities

1. Fully responsible for the company's procurement in the Latin American region, and for developing and optimizing regional procurement strategies.

2. Lead market research in Latin America, analyze regional industry trends, supplier capabilities, and market risks to support the company's procurement strategy and project decision-making.

3. Manage and deeply maintain the regional supplier ecosystem, regularly evaluate the quality of suppliers' products and services, and drive improvements in key supply chain systems.

4. Guide and participate in the negotiation, review, and management of procurement contracts to ensure they are legal and compliant, protecting the company's interests.

5. Develop and implement procurement cost control plans, continuously drive improvements in procurement processes, efficiency, and cost optimization to enhance project profitability.

6. Build and improve regional procurement processes, policies, and systems, promoting standardized procurement and digital advancement to achieve compliant and transparent processes.

7. Collaborate with delivery, operations, and other relevant departments, as well as headquarters resources, to effectively support the smooth execution of regional projects.

Job Requirements

• 1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a science or engineering major.
• 2. Over 10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with required experience in procurement in Latin America.
• 3. Thorough understanding of procurement processes and cross-cultural supplier management, capable of independently leading procurement negotiations and maintaining supplier relationships.
• 4. Strong cost awareness and data analysis abilities, with proven success in procurement cost control.
• 5. Strong communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills, able to efficiently handle regional procurement emergencies.
• 6. Highly responsible, self-motivated, big-picture thinker, able to handle pressure at key delivery milestones.
• 7. Proficient in English, able to frequently travel across Latin American countries.
• 8. Experience in building and managing procurement systems in the Latin American region for Fortune 500, international energy, or engineering companies is preferred.
