CHCP is driven by a mission to build stronger communities through education and service. Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Greater Houston for a Nursing Program Director. The Nursing Program Director will oversee curriculum development, manage faculty, ensure program compliance with accreditation standards, and support student success.

Duties also include monitoring program outcomes, evaluating staff performance, fostering a culture of academic excellence, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain high standards for nursing education at CHCP. Qualifications Proficiency in Nursing Education, Curriculum Development, and Program Accreditation Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills Experience with compliance, assessment, and outcomes monitoring in an academic setting Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing, with an active RN license Familiarity with modern educational technologies and methodologies Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment Experience in administrative or leadership roles within nursing education is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
