Director of Nursing RN – StoneGate Senior Living StoneGate Senior Living in Lewisville, TX has an opportunity for a Director of Nursing RN to join our team. If you are an experienced Director of Nursing (DON), we have the opportunity for you. About the Role As the Director of Nursing RN, you will hire and train facility nursing personnel, direct the provision of nursing services to residents, and oversee the development and implementation of resident care plans.

Your primary goal will be to assure residents receive the best possible quality care. We have a nursing administration support team including ADONs, dedicated wound care nurse, infection control preventionist, MDS nurses, staffing coordinator, and weekend supervisor. Regional support includes infection control, dietician, corporate clinical support and leadership.

Responsibilities Directing, supervising, and evaluating work activities of personnel Planning, implementing, and administering programs and services Establishing work schedules and assignments for staff, according to workload, space, and equipment availability Monitoring the use of diagnostic services, inpatient beds, facilities, and staff to ensure effective use of resources and assess the need for additional staff, equipment, and services Requirements Current/valid RN license in the state of practice Previous skilled nursing facility leadership experience with a comprehensive understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance Ability to recruit, mentor, develop, retain, and lead staff members in a high expectation work environment with respect, dignity, and recognition for achievement Highly organized with excellent communication skills Excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients Ability to provide direct nursing care as necessary Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance and Company Paid Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Pay on Demand – Payday Advance Paid Time Off with Cash-Out and Donation Options Paid Holidays Gym Membership and Fitness Program Discounts Additional Employee Perks We look forward to you joining our team! #J-18808-Ljbffr
