This leadership role is ideal for a confident, organized, and strategic nurse leader ready to make a meaningful impact. What You’ll Do: Oversee all aspects of clinical care delivery and nursing operations Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and resident satisfaction Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, including infection control and safety protocols Monitor quality assurance programs and initiate improvements as needed What We’re Looking For: Current RN license in good standing (state of Tennessee) 3+ years of leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting Strong communication and team-building skills Ability to foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement Why Join Us?
