Director of Nursing – Full Time – Douglasville, GA Job Details M-F, Days 8‑430 or 830‑5 shifts Day shifts only Immediate hire Adult‑only facility Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 per year Oversee 20‑25 staff members ER or Med‑Surg background preferred Current or recent management / supervision experience required Responsibilities Lead nursing staff and manage daily operations. Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Coordinate patient care plans and interdisciplinary collaboration. Supervise and mentor staff, fostering professional development. Maintain staffing schedules and manage shift coverage. Qualifications Current nursing credential with a leadership or supervisory background. Experience managing a team of 20‑25 staff members. ER or Med‑Surg clinical background preferred. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
