Director of Nursing

Responsibilities Provide quality assurance leadership to clinical public health staff at the Arlington County Detention Facility (ACDF). Role: Director of Nursing / Correctional Health Services Nurse Manager. Oversee all aspects of nursing care within the facility, including staff supervision, patient assessments, treatment planning, and medication administration.

Manage RN and LPN personnel and contribute to institutional standards that meet agency, state, and national healthcare requirements. Work closely with the Chief Medical Director and Correctional Health Services Administrator to coordinate nursing services. Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, including ACSO command staff, community partners, Virginia Hospital Center, and external medical organizations at the federal, state, and local levels. #J-18808-Ljbffr
