Director of Mechanical Engineering

We’re looking for a Director of Mechanical Engineering with strong expertise in mechanical and plumbing systems to lead and oversee the successful execution of projects across the department. In this role, you will supervise project delivery, support project managers, and ensure that all work aligns with contractual requirements, schedules, budgets, and TJK’s high standards of quality. This position blends technical leadership, mentorship, quality assurance, and client-facing responsibilities.

You will set department standards, manage the workload of team members, and contribute directly to projects as needed—acting as Engineer of Record, project manager, or designer depending on project demands. #J-18808-Ljbffr
