Job Description

A local homebuilder is seeking an innovative, growth-oriented leader to own and optimize the systems, strategies, and technologies that drive sales performance. This position is ideal for a highly analytical marketer, sales optimizer, or revenue operations leader who is passionate about lead generation, AI, automation, CRM technology, and creating scalable growth.

This role is less about traditional sales management and more about building a modern sales and marketing engine that improves conversion, enhances the customer experience, and generates measurable business results. The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, data-driven, and excited to help shape how a growing homebuilder leverages technology to create competitive advantage.

  • Support sales team members to maximize lead conversion, customer experience, and sales effectiveness.
  • Facilitate weekly sales pulse meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance discussions.
  • Monitor sales activity, pending contracts, forecasts, promotions, inventory movement, and closing schedules.
  • Develop scalable sales training programs, enablement tools, and accountability measures.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement resources including presentations, brochures, comparison sheets, email templates, videos, and Realtor resources.
  • Partner with sales associates to improve lead conversion, sales velocity, and customer engagement throughout the buying journey.
  • Utilize CRM data, analytics, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Monitor lead-to-tour, tour-to-contract, and contract-to-close conversion performance.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, systems, and operational execution.
  • Translate analytics into actionable recommendations that drive performance, resource allocation, and business results.
  • Provide leadership with actionable performance reporting, dashboards, and business insights.

CRM, Technology & AI Leadership:

  • Serve as the company's CRM and sales technology expert.
  • Own administration and optimization of HubSpot and related platforms.
  • Build and maintain workflows, automations, lead routing systems, dashboards, reporting, and AI-driven enhancements.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that improve efficiency, customer experience, lead management, and sales performance.
  • Ensure all customer data, reporting systems, and sales technologies function effectively and support organizational goals.
  • Own and continuously improve the company’s lead generation strategy across digital, Realtor, referral, website, and community channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize investments based on cost per lead, cost per appointment, conversion rates, and return on investment.
  • Lead campaign attribution, performance tracking, and marketing analytics through HubSpot and other marketing technologies.
  • Develop innovative approaches to increase qualified traffic, strengthen brand differentiation, and drive customer acquisition.

Brand, Website & Content Management:

  • Own and maintain all website content, community information, floorplans, pricing updates, photography, videos, maps, promotions, lead forms, and digital assets.
  • Ensure all public-facing information remains accurate, current, and aligned with company brand standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement of website usability, search visibility, SEO performance, lead conversion, and customer experience.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and implement enhancements based on analytics and user behavior.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, incentives, promotions, product availability, and sales communication materials.
  • Coordinate photography, drone footage, video production, testimonials, social media content, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and execute an ongoing content calendar.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, visual standards, and brand execution across all customer-facing marketing materials, communities, and sales environments.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure model homes, signage, flags, landscaping, entrances, merchandising, and customer-facing environments reflect company expectations and brand standards.

Community Launch, Vendor & Cross-Functional Management:

  • Lead launch readiness for new communities.
  • Coordinate launch checklists, MLS setup, signage, maps, brochures, pricing, website updates, social media campaigns, and grand opening activities.
  • Ensure new community launches are executed accurately, consistently, and on schedule.
  • Manage relationships with photographers, website providers, CRM consultants, sign companies, designers, agencies, technology partners, and advertising vendors.
  • Ensure vendor performance aligns with company expectations, timelines, budgets, and strategic objectives.
  • Evaluate and implement new vendor partnerships as business needs evolve.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships that ensure Sales, Marketing, Construction, Purchasing, Design Studio, Warranty, Accounting, and leadership teams remain aligned with current priorities, inventory, launches, and customer commitments.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing, revenue operations, CRM administration, or business optimization in the homebuilding industry
  • Strong understanding of the new home sales process
  • Demonstrated success using technology, analytics, CRM systems, and marketing platforms to drive business growth
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, customer acquisition, and digital marketing performance metrics
  • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and drive results
  • Experience using AI tools, workflow automation, or other emerging technologies to improve business performance is highly desirable
  • Base salary: $110,000-115,000, plus performance-based bonus aligned to sales and marketing performance metrics; total target compensation of approximately $150k
