Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Business Development to lead and grow our live entertainment initiatives. This is a contract, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV.

The Director will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, creating and executing business plans, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and managing client accounts. This role entails building and nurturing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, overseeing market research, and contributing to Off Axis\'s growth and success in the live entertainment industry. Qualifications Experience in New Business Development and the ability to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities.

Proficiency in Business Planning and creating actionable strategies to achieve organizational goals. Strong skills in Lead Generation and building networks to create external opportunities. Expertise in Contract Negotiation and ensuring favorable agreements for the organization.

Proven experience in Account Management to foster and maintain client relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a history of delivering results.
