Director, Marketing – Tevimbra, Canada

BeOne is a growing oncology company that seeks experienced professionals passionate about fighting cancer. The Director of Marketing for Tevimbra, Canada will develop, implement, manage, and execute a best‑in‑class marketing strategy to support the Canadian launch and lifecycle of Tevimbra. The role reports to the Senior Director, Marketing and Operations, Canada, and requires driving innovation in Canada while collaborating with U.S. and global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the global professional promotional strategy for Tevimbra, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and cross‑functional objectives.
  • Execute the promotional strategy, including core tactics and customer‑facing promotion.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent, compliant, and impactful representation at key conferences.
  • Lead local competitive readiness work, identifying and evaluating key competitive events and market dynamics.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Access, and other teams to develop competitive messaging and materials.
  • Collaborate with Global Market Analytics and lead Canadian market‑research efforts to inform commercial strategy and positioning.
  • Lead the cross‑functional Canadian brand team on the Long‑Range Plan, Annual Operating Plan, and plan execution.
  • Collaborate with sales, corporate affairs, supply chain, legal & compliance, regulatory, and brand leads to translate and execute brand strategy.
  • Oversee management of agencies, vendors, and consultants to achieve financial efficiencies.
  • Support supply and distribution planning for Tevimbra.
  • Engage Canadian KOLs and external stakeholders to refine brand strategies.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs to drive KOL engagement plans and execute patient‑support programs.
  • Execute the annual operation plan with limited resources and support additional commercial responsibilities as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and company policy requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or other master’s degree preferred.
