Director, Global Enterprise HR Risk Advisor

Capital Ones Global HR Risk Office is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Director to lead the HR Risk Advisory Services function. This pivotal role will be instrumental in ensuring Capital One’s Enterprise HR functions, regulatory change processes, new process launches, and technology platforms are underpinned by a robust, proactive, and world-class risk management framework. The Director will be responsible for leading a diverse team of risk professionals across three core pillars: Vertical Risk Advisors, Horizontal Risk Advisors, and Tech Risk Advisors.

The Global HR Risk Advisory Director acts as a strategic navigator, embedding robust risk management capabilities in Enterprise HR Programs, Process and Platforms. You will not only ensure compliance with diverse global regulations but also proactively shape HRs operating model to safely and sustainably facilitate enterprise-wide global expansion. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall strategy for the HR Risk Advisory Services function, ensuring alignment with the Global HR Risk Office objectives and the broader Enterprise Risk Management framework.

Provide expert knowledge of enterprise risk management and operational risk management frameworks and functions to lead program design and implementation.
