This is a hybrid role, based out of LEO's Madison, NJ office. Lead patient-level analytics including line of therapy, patient journey, new vs. continuing patients, switching, persistence, and adherence, and deliver segmentation and deep-dive analyses incorporating predictive modeling and machine learning to uncover growth drivers, risks, and opportunities. Conduct hands-on analytics using syndicated and patient-level data (IQVIA NPA, LAAD, DDD, claims, access data) and reconcile patient, sales, and audit perspectives into a single source of brand performance truth. Partner with Data Management to ensure data quality, scalability, and analytical reliability, establish analytical standards, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Market Access as a thought partner to convert insights into actionable strategies.

Your Qualifications: Master's degree in Quantitative Discipline (Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, or Computer Science ) required. 8-12 years of experience in forecasting, brand analytics, performance analytics, or commercial analytics within pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations. Demonstrated success building or significantly enhancing brand/commercial analytics capabilities with strong expertise in patient analytics, including line of therapy and patient journey analysis.
