Responsible for leading direct tax compliance, tax governance, automation initiatives, tax analytics, and strategic tax projects. The role supports business decision-making, regulatory compliance, tax transformation, and identification of tax value creation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate direct tax compliance and reporting activities.
- Monitor tax legislation changes and assess business impacts.
- Support Pillar Two monitoring, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain tax analytics and profitability monitoring tools.
- Lead tax automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate R&D tax incentive processes and related automation projects.
- Identify and support recovery of tax opportunities, including ICMS incentive-related benefits.
- Manage cross-functional tax projects involving Finance, IT, Legal, and external advisors.
- Support tax audits, internal controls, and governance activities.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and analyses for business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field.
- Strong experience in corporate taxation and direct tax compliance.
- Knowledge of tax technology, automation, and data analytics.
- Experience with project management and process improvement initiatives.
- Advanced analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
