Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Description We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support children and adults with disabilities in our residential programs. DSPs assist individuals with daily living skills, personal care, community integration, and behavioral support in a team-based environment. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $18.50 per hour *Paid training provided* Our DSP positions offer excellent career advancement opportunities starting at $18.50 per hour for entry-level candidates. Experienced DSPs can advance to overnight shifts earning $19.50 per hour. Additionally, all DSPs have access to our Three-Tier Micro-Credentialing Program, where each completed tier adds $1.00 per hour to your base pay.

With full program completion, DSPs can earn up to $22.50 per hour, rewarding your professional development and expertise. Schedule: 8 hour shift Evening shift/Overnight Shift (with DSP experience) Every weekend Holidays Overtime Work Location: In person
