Digital Project Manager | 6-Month Contract | Immediate Start | WFH Flexibility

Expertech is exclusively partnering with a leading digital consulting organisation to recruit an experienced Digital Project Manager for an initial 6-month contract with an immediate start. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of customer-focused digital initiatives within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

We're seeking a Project Manager with proven experience delivering digital projects across customer portals, eCommerce platforms, websites, and system integrations. While the role offers work-from-home flexibility, candidates based in Sydney are preferred to support collaboration with the broader team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects from initiation through to implementation.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, UX teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate the delivery of customer-facing digital initiatives, including portals, eCommerce platforms, websites, and system integrations.
• Drive project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate project planning sessions, workshops, and regular status meetings.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering digital projects.
• Strong experience managing projects involving customer portals, eCommerce platforms, websites, and systems integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong organisational and planning capabilities.
• Experience delivering projects within Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Australian Citizenship will be highly regarded.
• Experience using Azure DevOps.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for project reporting and data analysis.
• Experience delivering digital transformation or customer experience initiatives.
• Sydney-based candidates are preferred.
