Role description
We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our team in Barcelona. This is a full-time hybrid role, with the flexibility to work from home up to 4 days per week.
You will coordinate the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, including apps, websites, UX/UI, branding and digital marketing initiatives. You will be the link between our clients and multidisciplinary team, making sure projects move forward efficiently while maintaining realistic timelines and high quality standards.
Your responsibilities
- Manage international, cross-cultural projects across web/app development, UX/UI, branding and digital marketing
- Build project roadmaps, sprints, priorities and realistic delivery timelines
- Coordinate designers, developers, marketing specialists, external partners and clients
- Translate client requirements into structured, actionable tasks for the team
- Proactively follow up on deliverables, dependencies and outstanding actions
- Identify potential risks, blockers and delays early and propose solutions
- Test and verify deliverables before they are presented or released to clients
- Run regular project meetings and progress calls with clients and internal teams
- Keep clients informed while balancing their expectations with the team’s capacity and project requirements
- Review and improve internal project management processes
Qualifications
- Min 3 years managing digital projects from planning through delivery
- Min 2 years working with web/app development and/or UX/UI teams
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously without losing track of details
- Strong sense of ownership, autonomy and ability to find solutions independently
- Excellent communication skills with both clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to prioritise, anticipate problems and keep projects moving without constant supervision
- Good understanding of agile or iterative workflows and tools such as Monday, Jira, Trello, Asana or similar
- Minimum B2 level in both English and French
- German is a strong plus; other European languages are welcome
- Based in or around Barcelona and comfortable working in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
