Digital Product Portfolio Business Analysis 1. Background & Objective PSA’s Europe Region with PSA’s Group Mandate is undertaking a structured effort to improve visibility, coherence, and governance of its global digital product portfolio . This includes identifying functional gaps, overlaps, and duplication across Group, Regional, and Local products to support adoption, convergence, and investment decisions . This Statement of Work covers the provision of a Business Analyst (BA) service focused on portfolio‑level analysis and governance enablement , not delivery execution. 2. Scope of Services The vendor shall provide a qualified Business Analyst to deliver the following services. 2.1 Portfolio Mapping & Structuring Inventory and map Regional and Local products against the Group Digital Product Portfolio and Catalogue Classify products consistently using agreed frameworks (e.g. capability layer, product type, scope) Consolidate portfolio data into a single, structured, auditable view 2.2 Gap, Overlap & Duplication Analysis Identify and document: Functional overlaps between Group, Regional, and Local products Capability gaps where no suitable Group product exists Duplicate or non‑compliant solutions relative to adoption principles Distinguish between valid temporary overlaps and unjustified duplication 2.3 Convergence & Option Assessments Support convergence analysis by comparing products on: Functional scope and capability coverage Maturity, adoption readiness, and sustainability Document clear options and implications, including: Adopt / converge / enhance / retire / tolerate Provide structured inputs for exception or deviation assessments 2.4 Governance & Decision Support Prepare governance‑ready artefacts for: Regional Portfolio Reviews Group/Product governance forums Ensure outputs are fact‑based, concise, and decision‑oriented Maintain portfolio information to support recurring governance cycles 2.5 Stakeholder Engagement Engage with Regional IT, BU IT, and Global Product teams to validate information Operate as a neutral, analytical partner , focused on clarity and consistency 3. Deliverables Typical deliverables include: Consolidated Global / Regional Portfolio views Product capability mapping and classification artefacts Gap and overlap analysis summaries Convergence and option assessment packs Executive‑level governance summaries Deliverables shall be provided in agreed formats (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, PDF). 4. Out of Scope The following are explicitly out of scope: Detailed solution or technical architecture design Requirements elaboration or user‑story writing Product delivery execution or Scrum team activities Build, configuration, or implementation work 5. Required Consultant Profile The vendor shall provide a consultant with: Proven Business Analysis experience in complex application or product landscapes Demonstrated exposure to portfolio rationalisation, application inventory, or IT governance Strong analytical capability at product and capability level Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑ready documentation Experience working across multiple stakeholders and regions Experience in Container Operations knowledge domain is strongly preferred 6.

Engagement Model Role type: Time & Materials or Outcome‑based , as agreed Reporting line: Regional Digital Portfolio Lead 7. Success Criteria The engagement will be considered successful when: Leadership has clear, trusted visibility of the digital product portfolio Gaps, overlaps, and duplication are identified early and transparently Governance decisions are supported by consistent, defensible analysis Portfolio convergence and adoption discussions are fact‑based and structured
