Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role based in New Delhi.
The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Study Meta/Google ad accounts and identify what is working, broken, or underused. Build AI workflows for campaign analysis, creative research, reporting, alerts, and recommendations.
Turn performance marketing judgment into repeatable systems, prompts, dashboards, and playbooks. Work with founders and product team to shape AI agents for media buying and growth. Research winning ads, competitors, hooks, landing pages, offers, and category trends.
Help brands improve performance across ads, website, product pages, and merchandising. Create clear reports and action plans for founders, marketers, and agencies. Role Description: Has hands-on experience running ads for eCommerce/DTC brands.
Understands Meta Ads deeply: campaigns, adsets, creatives, CAC, ROAS, CPM, CTR, CVR, AOV, MER. Can diagnose performance issues, not just report numbers. Strong creative and offer judgment.
Uses AI tools daily or is hungry to become exceptional at them. Can think in systems, not just campaigns. Clear communicator, high ownership, fast learner.
