Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager (Organic) Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office). Experience: 5+ years Salary : 90 k Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute comprehensive organic growth strategies (SEO, AEO, GEO, content marketing) Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives across multiple projects Drive AI-powered SEO workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other automation platforms Manage content strategy , including blogs, landing pages, and website optimization Monitor keyword rankings, traffic performance, and conversion metrics Stay updated with Google algorithm changes , AI search trends, and industry best practices Collaborate with content, development, and design teams for implementation Build and manage a high-performing SEO/content team Identify opportunities for scaling organic growth across international markets Day-to-Day Responsibilities - Analyze organic traffic and performance reports. Optimize website pages and content for better rankings.

Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research. Review technical SEO audits and implement fixes. Guide team on AI tools and SEO best practices.

Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for leadership. Required Skills & Expertise Must-Have Skills Strong expertise in SEO (On-page + Technical + Off-page). Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).

Advanced knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis. Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4). Strong understanding of content marketing strategy.

Good-to-Have Skills Experience with Programmatic SEO / Automation. Exposure to global SEO campaigns (US, UK, etc.). Knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) & GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

Leadership & Behavioral Competencies Strategic thinking with execution focus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Team management and mentoring ability.
