Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Director to lead our marketing and capital-raising strategies. The ideal candidate will be an AI-savvy marketer with a deep understanding of the investment landscape, specifically Commercial Real Estate fundraising. This role is responsible for leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to drive brand growth, investor acquisition (including investment immigration candidates, High Net Worth Individuals, Family Office, etc.), and market expansion.
Responsibilities
- AI Strategy & Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that leverage AI for content generation, predictive analytics, automated lead scoring, and hyper-personalized investor journeys.
- Fundraising & Investor Acquisition: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, Social Media) designed to support capital raising for CRE projects and investment funds. Build high-conversion funnels to attract HNWIs and institutional investors.
- Content & Communications: Oversee the creation of sophisticated marketing collateral, including pitch decks, webinars, and website content. Ensure all materials align with financial regulations and resonate with sophisticated investors.
- Campaign Management: Manage marketing calendars and budgets. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Design) to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals and capital requirements.
- Social Media & PR: Grow the company’s presence on professional platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook. Organize webinars and digital events to drive brand visibility and investor trust.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and competitor activity using tools like Google Analytics. Provide data-driven insights to senior management to optimize marketing spend.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in Investment Management, Private Equity, or Commercial Real Estate fundraising.
- AI Literacy: Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools (e.g., LLMs, AI-driven CRM automation, or data analysis tools) to improve marketing efficiency and results.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex financial products into compelling marketing narratives.
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- EB-5 Knowledge (A Significant Plus): Experience marketing EB-5 Immigrant Investor Programs and an understanding of the specific legal/compliance requirements is highly preferred.
