Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator Key Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. • Manage and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms. • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, reels, stories, articles, and promotional posts. • Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent online engagement. • Monitor social media trends and recommend new strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement. • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, Facebook campaigns, social media marketing, and other digital channels. • Build and maintain lead databases while tracking prospects throughout the sales funnel. • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies. • Optimize website content, blog articles, and landing pages to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic. • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools. • Manage CRM systems by updating lead information, tracking client interactions, and maintaining accurate records. • Support the sales team by qualifying leads and coordinating follow-ups. • Respond to client inquiries through email, social media, and CRM platforms in a professional and timely manner. • Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows. • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports highlighting campaign performance, lead generation, website traffic, and social media analytics. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and marketing efforts across all channels. • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and SEO best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred). • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. • Strong experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook business accounts. • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and website optimization. • Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. • Experience generating leads through digital marketing and social media outreach. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Strong content creation and copywriting abilities. • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is an asset. • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail. US Shift Salary - 22 - 25k (4 hours)
