Based in Hollywood, FL, Sintavia, LLC designs and additively manufactures critical components for the Aerospace, Defense, & Space industry. SUMMARY: This role contributes to the execution of the company’s digital transformation by supporting PLM initiatives and delivering integrated, end-to-end digital solutions. As an individual contributor, this person is expected to code, build system integrations, and drive real operational impact through hands-on technical work.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This role focuses on technical execution—coding, system integration, and development—ensuring digital initiatives translate into real operational impact. DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION: Support enterprise-wide Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives and digital transformation efforts. Help expand and optimize digital twin and digital thread capabilities across the organization.
Contribute to integration and alignment across core systems, including: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) Quality Management Systems (QMS) TECHNICAL: Support operations by developing custom scripts and integrations across enterprise systems. Maintain and support software solutions post-deployment, ensuring reliability and performance. Contribute to the integration of systems such as Siemens NX, Teamcenter, Opcenter, and Syspro.
Develop and deploy digital solutions and process improvements as part of cross-functional projects. Maintain strong working relationships with PLM partners and provide continuous feedback. Communicate effectively with stakeholders across technical and business teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues, ensuring high reliability and performance. Follow coding standards, version control practices, and deployment workflows. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related technical field. 3+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, or digital transformation within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Working knowledge of SQL Server Management, Net8+ Framework and C# Experience with React18+, Angular1+, JavaScript & Typescript, Python Experience working with PLM/MES/ERP ecosystems, including platforms such as Teamcenter, Opcenter, and Syspro. Strong hands-on programming experience with the ability to design and deploy production-level code. Experience developing APIs, system integrations, and automation workflows across enterprise systems.
Familiarity with engineering tools and data environments such as Siemens NX, CAD/CAM/CAE systems, and manufacturing data structures. Strong understanding of data architecture, system interoperability, and digital thread concepts within an industrial or manufacturing setting. Experience working in cross-functional environments (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system and integration issues. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. PREFERRED: Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with digital twin / digital thread implementations. Strong background in database management (SQL). Prior experience with Siemens PLM solutions, including: Siemens Teamcenter Siemens Opcenter Siemens NX (CAM, CAD, CAE) Experience working directly with software vendors.
